Aluminum Die Casting

Aluminum die casting is a manufacturing process in which an ingot is melted into a molten state and injected into a mold cavity, which is created by two hardened steel dies that have been machined to the desired component shape. This practice is ideal for high-volume projects requiring lightweight components with high strength and resistance. Learn More

Forging

One of the most common component manufacturing processes in the industry, forging is the process by which metal takes a given shape by applying compressive forces to the metal in a malleable form. Machinery can provide between 600-1,600 tons of pressure, depending on the size and type of product. Learn More

Welding

Welding is one of the most economical and reliable ways to join metal. It works by adding a filler metal on the area where the pieces of metal are joined. Once cooled, the filler metal is usually stronger than the base material. To manage the high complexity of this process without compromising reliability, precision and cost, we implement robotic welding machines. Our automated process also allows for high-volume projects. Stamping

Stamping is a manufacturing process that uses dies to transform flat metal sheets into shape. Stamping is a commonly used process because of the very high rate at which components and products can be turned out. As a well-equipped OEM supplier, we have several punch press options with varying dies, materials and thicknesses to comply with a project’s specifications. Learn More

Plastic Injection

Plastic injection molding is similar to aluminum die casting in that the plastic material is turned into a liquid state to be injected into the die. Following this is a cooling and solidification process. We have provided plastic injection molding for both domestic and international customers. Our plastic injection capabilities range from 150-1,500 tons. Learn More

Investment Casting

Investment casting, also named lost-wax casting, is a manufacturing process in which a wax shape is coated in a ceramic material. Through the hardening process, the internal structure takes the shape of the wax casting. Following this, the wax is melted from the cavity and a molten metal is poured in. After the metal solidifies in the ceramic coating, the metal casting comes out. Typically, we use this process when volume is too low to invest on hard tooling or when the complexity of the component is too high for an automated process. Learn More

Bicycle Frame Manufacturing

Based on a frame design by the client, bicycle frame manufacturing begins with the creation of a die casting mold and other pre-production components. Frames are produced using tube butting, sawing and bending. Welding and heat treatment ensures consistent strength of the frames. To ensure the highest quality for our production process, we test frames in accordance with ISO-4210-2 standards. Learn More
